Overview
The Red Run 5K and Fun Run is HerFlow Foundation’s flagship event dedicated to raising awareness and funds to end period poverty in Jamaica. This impactful run brings together individuals, communities, and organizations to advocate for menstrual health equity and ensure that no one is left behind due to lack of access to essential period products. Proceeds from the event directly support HerFlow’s initiatives, including menstrual education workshops, product donations to schools and communities, and policy advocacy.
HerFlow’s flagship project is to End Period Poverty in Jamaica. Since it’s inception, HerFlow has donated over 10 million menstrual products to Jamaican public schools, government homes, community organizations, clinics, prisons and individuals. HerFlow has also executed several hundred workshops and sessions in institutions across Jamaica.
